I have been a teacher in both secondary and primary mainstream education for around 9 years and have never felt as content and empowered as a teacher as I do now in Waldorf education. Having recently begun a new career as a class teacher in a Waldorf Steiner school, I was offered the opportunity to attend this course. I can safely say this is the best course I have ever been part of! Not only is it well structured with highly informative sessions, but it is a great social opportunity to meet like - minded people and share meaningful discussions and experiences with them. There are a range of activities and lectures offering a thorough and thought provoking experiential introduction to the philosophy behind Waldorf education and how this informs our teaching practice with a genuinely child-centred approach. I look forward to each weekend with eagerness and impatience! The course tutors are highly knowledgeable and supportive, and the course content stimulating, enjoyable and challenging. It's an experience I don't want to end!

I don’t think we could have had a better tutor to introduce us to the Anthroposophy aspect of our course. I had always struggled with the languages in Steiner’s books, you lifted things off the page in a way each of us can mentally digest in their own way and time, also your ability to point and look at things in a different light has been invaluable! Great pleasure working with and learning from you.
Heartfelt thanks for your advice and support, it came at a very fortuitous time. I feel inspired to move forwards with new impetus, but also feel a sense of relief in your recognition of my efforts – like many Waldorf teachers, they are the result of no small struggle. I also appreciate the poems and verses with the accompanying threefold process advice in the report. Just what I urgently need.
With huge gratitude I email you on behalf of the CCE staff, the federation council and the coordinator of the anthroposophical society. Thank you for so sensitively leading us through this process and for bringing awareness to many areas of unconsciousness in the field of bias, stereotypes and blind-spots. Now the work needs to continue in our specific contexts here.

I wish to reiterate my thanks and to emphasise once again how happy I felt, first at the prospect and then in the realisation of your visit. I puzzled over four lesson plans yesterday and found myself enjoying the tools you gifted me, like one would a new hobby…

What Sven does so well is, he shows us the spaces in between!
Comments were clear and constructive, feedback sessions felt safe. We felt that thorough observations had been made which made any challenges to our way of working thought provoking. We felt that there were good discussions around things which were challenged and this prompted us to have further discussion and reflections with one another.

First, I would like to thank you for our wonderful session with the teachers last week. I think that one meeting with you already had an impact on the teachers. We are thankful for the offer you made to work with us through a weekly session with each of our schools.
